Cold Email System

The cold email system is very different from the email blast.

How does the cold email system work?

The idea behind cold emailing is to get into the inbox and make it look as if you sat down at your desk and sent a one by one email to one person. We do not want this to look like it is automated so we do the following.

Setup: We purchase new domains and google workspace email accounts to use specifically for your campaign. We update the DNS records to make sure all emails are validated as coming form you and are real. Then we send emails to a network of email addresses that will mark every email as important, and reply to many of these automatically. These steps are all done to make sure that your emails end up in the inbox of the recipient.

Campaign: Your campaign is setup using spintax (changes a few words in every email, to make it look more real). We send 25 emails per day per email account and each of these is spread out by about 5-7 minutes each. Once again, everything we do is to make this look as if you are really sending an individual email to a single person.

We can have the system send another email to each person a few days later, to bump the email and put it back at the top of the inbox.

Master inbox: We provide you with access to a master inbox and you are able to either monitor all of the replies or you can use the system to send your own emails.

Cost: We offer three different plans, and can customize larger plans as well.
