How exactly does this work?
I am sure you have been on the receiving end of these types of calls, but let me explain it for you here.
First, we set up the targeted area you want your message blasted out to. Once we have that nailed down, I will load a list of agents licensed in that area into our calling software.
Second, we listen to what you want your message to say. I then create a recording of your message and providing agents the option to either press 1 to request more info or press 9 to be removed form the call list. If they press 1, they are asked to leave their name and phone number and informed that someone will get the information to them soon.
Third, we start the system up and it starts calling agents based on your requested call schedule. I provide you with a link to a page where it will hold all of your leads for you to listen to. Some of these will be people requesting to not be called again, some of them will be nasty and mean, some of them will be interested in you contacting them back about your offer. You simply listen tot he leads and call people back who want called back, you can email us the phone number of anyone asked to not be called again.
We will use a generic phone number we use for all out bound calls, if you would like us to use your number (i don't recommend this because you will get a lot of people calling you who missed the call wanting to know what you wanted).
